Applying Procedure

  • 1. Please fill the blanks carefully and fax it to organizing committee.
  • 2.Total sum of the charge shall be committed to the pointed bank account of organizing committee within 7 days upon signing the contract as confirmation.
  • 3. Exhibition booth is arranged by the principle of first application, first payment and first arrangements. The organizing committee will retain the right of booth adjustment. Exhibitors will give up its reserved booth voluntarily without payment in regulated time. Organizing committee will cancel the exhibiting application without retaining the booth.
  • 4. Exhibitors have no right to rent or transfer their booths to the third party.Exhibitors have no right to publicize for non-exhibition units by any means.
  • ★ Conference reception, accommodation and goods transportation is seen in “Conference Affairs Notice” in detail, which will be sent or faxed to your company one month before exhibition opening.

Exhibitors can enjoy the service as follow:

  • 1. Offer assistance in arranging transportation or booking rooms for staff.
  • 2. Offer assistance in arranging the goods transportation and Customs applying.
  • 3. Provide sufficient exhibition invitations and tickets for exhibitors to invite their clients.
  • 4. Assist exhibitors to hold various forms of product Release conferences and Seminars.
  • 5. Offer assistance in checking booth, exhibiting special booth design, and renting extra tools and electrical equipment.
  • 6. Offer assistance in hiring temporary staff, translator, Miss Manners and so on.
